So I pulled the trigger on a white 2012 E350 4matic. The car is almost fully loaded as it doesn't have parktronic but I think I can park myself just fine lol Here are the options: Pano roof, lighting package, blind spot assist, keyless go, and 18" AMG wheels. The contrast of the black pano roof with the white is just awesome!!! I will post pics when i get it on saturday!

I can park myself too but find the Parktronic very helpful, especially with the 360 camera view. You sound excited,... good for you,... enjoy it!

MB CPO is a good place to start. If you don't mind a non CPO car, auto trader or car gurus are good websites.
There is also a very reputed mb used car dealer in Dallas where you can find some amazing deals. I am not sure I can specify names here but PM if you cannot find them on google search.

He's right! find 3 benz dealers in your area and search the CPO cars on their websites. I compared similar cars, price drops, and options at different dealers for months. It was worth the wait!

You will absolutely love the E-350 after driving a C-300
When my wife was looking at MB's she was expecting to get a used C-300... until I got her to sit in and drive a 2012 E-350. There is no going back, and every penny the E costs over the C is well worth it.

Thanks!! Picked her up yesterday and just like you said...there's no going back!! i absolutely love this car and all the options I have!! But going from a C with 226hp to 302hp is crazy!! Even though the E350 is bigger, the extra power feels like out of this world.

In my case it was, after few month only found one with none wrecked/repaired carfax. The white/pano was 11, the silver palladium was CPO 12 for only 1k more, it was no brainier.

The DI 2012 engine makes the whole car feel much better over the 10 and 11

Yeah i found some nice and cheaper 2011s but the new DI engine was a must this time!!

I'm sure that is the case. I think 10-11 w212 engines were putting 260hp?? 40hp difference is huge not to mention better mileage!
