Has anyone done business with these guys? Their prices sound almost too good to be true.

This car appears to be in good condition, buy you should ask for a service history and Car Fax report.
It is also a rather basic car. It is missing parktronic sensors, full LED active/intelligent lights, leather seats, 360 camera, Keyless Go, and HK sound. A long list of highly desirable features !
Hard to tell from the trunk photo if it has fold down rear seats. If not, that's another major strike against this car.
These options are all popular ones for the W212, so that may be why the asking price seems low.

You're right, ad says parktronic and no sensors, says leather too

I am curious as to why they have carfax links for all of their cars but don't actually provide the reports like most dealers around here. The market has weakened some for e350s, but not that much. There is a 2013 with like 20k miles for $31k. There are dealers up here selling 2011s with 45k miles for that price. Not saying that they are too good to be true, but it definitely merits caution - I'd pay for a carfax and a PPO before diving in.

Drivers Side Front Quarter Panel
I live in NJ as well but I've never bought anything from these guys although I've heard of them. Just as an FYI, check out the distance between the drivers sides front quarter panel and the hood and compare it to the other side, it looks like the drivers side has a much larger gap between the hood and the quarter panel. Not seeing the car I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the drivers side quarter panel or hood has been hit or damaged. Better get yourself a CarFax although it doesn't divulge if a car has been in an accident. Have a body man take a good look at that part of the car, hell I can see from the pictures the spacing on the drivers side is much greater (relatively speaking) than the passenger side. In any case, good luck.

Carfax reports are not very reliable. More often than you would want to know that accidents do not make it into the database. Of course, better to pull a report than not but you should 2x check as well.

Right. I have seen accident reports show up several months to a year after the repair. More than long enough to sell the car to an unknowing buyer.

Too Good to be True
After reading your email to the forum it did remind me of an "almost" purchase I made from my dealer I've been buying MB's from for the past 20+ years. In any case I saw a 2011 S600 on the floor with about 4,000 miles on it that was $25,000 below MSRP, it was a beauty and I spoke to the owner of the dealer and I told him I wanted to buy it and he was very honest and told me he couldn't sell it to me. I asked him why and he told me flat out, it was a lemon, he also told me if I wasn't a regular customer he would sell it to me but he didn't want to screw me. If you live in or around NJ, go to Contemporary Motors in Little Silver, NJ, 732-842-5353 and ask for Scott Coleman, he's the owner and if you tell him Barry sent you I guarantee you he will beat any legitimate price you get, they usually give you a 5% to as much as 10% discount and that's no bull, but you've got to tell him "Barry R." sent you. Lastly, no I'm no related to him or anybody at the dealer but he will give you an extra 1% or 2% than other dealers, that's worth the trip. Good luck to all.

Warranty
The car is a 2014 so it comes with the balance of the original warranty, but that's not the point. My point is a simple one, a lemons a lemon no matter what the warranty is. After all, who wants to take any car back to the dealer again and again because it has the cancers that can't be cured. The good news is that NJ has a strong Lemon Law, but at the end of the day, a dogs a dog and it sounds like they really want to get rid of the car, price be damned.
Do yourself a favor, I know these cars aren't cheap but forgo an option or two and buy a new E class, after all, a car isn't an investment you make every year or so. I of ordered mine simply for two vital reasons, one is I wanted the options I wanted, not just what the dealer had in stock and most importantly I planned on keeping it for at least 10 years, so if I spent $2,000 or $5,000 more over a cpo or used one I didn't care. Spend the money and save yourself perhaps a lot of headaches.
VIP, the Lemon Law in NJ says that if you've brought the car back more than 3 times and they can't fix the same problem, they have to replace the car, you heard right, but, it only applies to cars bought new.

Shopping for a nice CPO can take time and patience, but in many cases the savings far outweigh the new car feeling that abates after a few weeks anyway. The instant depreciation these cars take the moment they leave the lot is someones else's win - MB makes it less risky.
