Welcome all the w213 haters in 5, 4, 3,.....

Interior design looks impressive, especially the dual screens.

You know what, I'm going to give this car a chance, that interior is going to look beyond amazing!

The interior looks like a mix between a W222 S class and W205 C class.

a lot, and i mean a looooooot of members on here are gonna eat their words in a couple of months.

I cant wait! and when i say "I cant wait", its just short for "I cant wait for a used W213 when prices depreciate so I can afford it!"

That is exactly what the MB interior designers said. Something about "looking up to the S class and down at the C class."

I think I will be looking forward to the E coupe if they don't offer an affordable V8 in the W213. That's if they still offer the E550 coupe of course.

If you asked me what interior it was I would say that photo belongs to interior of facelift W205 ,W213 wouldn't be very 1st thing .
I think same logic continues here given post facelift W204 and pre facelift W212 interiors are almost same at least they use same Comand control buttons
I think it rather is designed classier than W212s another cool thing is no I Pad thingy display is incorporated here

Very impressive new design of the interior. Thankfully they opted to bring the more refined and integrated S-type interior to the E instead of the tablet sticking out of the dash look that has been popping up on some models. Yes, I understand it makes potentially upgrading the LCD screen easier, but it just looks like hell on a car in this price range. The ergonomics of the new interior also looks to be thought out quite well. Great job from what the video shows.

Cocobeex, if I was a betting man... Id say there will be a 350 and a 450 amg sport. Now lets think about how nice that 450 will be? I know you love the 550 and that motor was/is awesome but I think the days of 550s are long gone. I for one am very interested in upgrading my 2012 E350 to a 450 if they make one. I think they will.

Wonder what you mean by "eating their word"? If you talk about people not liking the face lift models these people do not need to eat their word as the New E-class does not look much like the face lift at all. It will look a lot like S and class do already.

Ok so based on the spy pictures on other threads I still think the w213 exterior design is boring BUT the interior on the other hand, is gorgeous! The tech in this thing is going to be mind blowing!
