2010 E350 4Matic Sport
I put Michelin Pilot Sport AS on mine. The ride seems better and steering more responsive. Then again, any new tire would have probably felt good after the old P-Zero's I had.

I would go with a Nokian AllSeason or an AllWeather (if you want better snow traction). Nokian tires seem to be under the radar but the quality is excellent. Currently I am running Nokian R2 winter tires on my other C300, the ride and traction is perfect.

And this goes with the summer tires too and are way lower cost to buy for the reason they are under the radar.

above two are the best rated two tires for grand touring all season. I bought the Conti's since Pirelli's were out of stock. So far so good in 500 miles.

I would be careful with Michelin Pilot A/S tires on a luxury car. I tried them on a Lexus LS430 and they were as noisy as truck tires. Great performance if you could stand the noise, but I chose to leave the noise to FedEx. On the LS, I used Dunlop SP-5000's. They performed quite well and were very quiet until their final summer, when they got noisy.
I'll be watching the various tire threads, as Gonzo's tires are the stock Conti ProContact, and when they are due for replacement I will probably look elsewhere. On my W201 I used Yokohama's, with great success, but I'm not sure what will work well with the newer chassis.

The Conti stock tires are actually pretty good - my wife has them on her 2008 Eclass and she got like 60K miles out of the first set.

2014 E350 4M Diamond Silver
If you're using the vehicle normally, ~20miles from the dec 2015(thread start date).
Any updates, reviews on what you chose?
I have the Potenza re97(less than 5kmiles on them), which are noisy, doesn't feel like luxury..!

I got Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3+ installed on my E350 4matic, Very quiet, very smooth ride, handles better than the OEM conti as well.
