Fog Lights for 2014 E350
Hi guys I've been looking for some LED fog light strips for my car but haven't had any luck finding them. i don't know why Mercedes couldn't put fog lights on the new models. Does anyone know where i can buy some that will fit.

Fog lights are no longer needed due to the performance characteristics of the OEM headlights. To be honest, I have had fog lights on some cars since 1971 and never used them during fogs. Fog lights really only work at night in dense fog.

I think these would really be considered "Daytime Running Lights" rather than fog lights. They have a similar look to my 2012 style. Mine stay on all the time. Since they are LEDs they probably don't pull much power. If there is no wiring in there at all (maybe something hidden?) then you could probably just tap the side marker power without consequences. There must be some recommended way from the seller or Mfr.
As far as "fog lights" functionality, I think they are 99% for looks these days rather than functionality. I prefer the look of having more lights in the front.

I do not believe that these will work on a sport model. I have been looking for some time and when you email the person selling they tell you it is only for models that already have the fog light. It works for luxury model but not the sport model. Eventually someone will make a set for the sport model. I think the sport model is to plain and needs the fog lamps. I may never use them but I think it would improve the looks.

If you are looking for drl just to add to the look of the front end, you will need to go aftermarket. There are all kinds of LED light strips out there at a fraction of the cost of OEM.

Most of the time aftermarket is just as good as oem but at about a third the cost. They just do not make an aftermarket like the one shown for a sport model. Most of them are short small pieces of junk that do not look good at all. Eventually they will make them.
