How to remove front bumper 2014 W212?

Hello, everyone. I'm trying to see if anyone knows how to remove the front bumper from the 212. I have a 2014 E550 sedan and want to convert to the E63 bumper. Before I go through with purchasing the parts, I would like to know how to remove and replace the bumper. Also, does anyone know if the fenders will need replacement, as well? Thanks in advance.

Good luck finding your answer! I searched about 6 months ago and you can even search my posts to see for yourself. I ended up having my body shop remove it to do what I needed done. Btw I hope you have deep pockets to make the switch. I ended up liking my stock bumper a lot better after seeing the costs associated. I ended up changing to an E63 grill and it made a big difference. Not as cool but much better! But if you decide to proceed with the bumper swap I would love to see it.

How much did it cost to get the E63 grill installed?

Hard to say because I was in a minor accident so it was covered. He didn't say it was extremely time consuming though. I bought the grill on eBay for around 200

HD, you should post the pic or provide link to it, cause it sure looks good. Might help OP decide if he should use professional help, and OE or aftermarket parts.

Otherwise, maybe google 2014 E350 body kits and contact vendors to see if you can "get" instructions from them.

I was trying to do the same. But i gave it up.
The cost, and fitment are the problems.

I ended up just put up an AMG grill.

New-E63 is coming...so the 2014 E63 will be a lot cheaper within a year or two.
I would rather put that money for trading in a real E63.

Thanks I love it!

I think this was the vendor on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/191108871372

But I think any of the ones that you reuse the original star emblem are pretty good. I also had line painted black. Good luck!

Cocobeex, is your rear diffuser OEM or aftermarket? If aftermarket, how do you like the quality and which vendor did you use? Also, how did you lower it and what are your rims specs? Thanks.

Rear Diffuser is AMG OEM.
I was lucky found it on ebay for cheap.
Its perfect fitment.

The car is equipped with Airmatic, so its lowered with link.
My rims are from Niche. Misano
