I'd be curious what dealer (is "a dealer" a MB dealer?) reported the damage and when. It's entirely possible that the report is a mistake. They happen on CarFax all the time. Not that familiar with AutoCheck.
Personally, I wouldn't want any car that had sustained frame damage, not matter what kind of deal the seller offered.
