Would you exchange 2010 e350 4matic with 2013 BMW Coupe 328i xdrive?
I just purchased a mint i mean like new 2010 e350 4matic CPO vehicle 3 weeks ago with 67K miles on it (also surprisingly found out after purchasing, right before they sold the car to me they replaced the transmission with brand new one $6250 part only total of around $8000 work), runs great no problems there but as much as i love the car i feel like made a mistake and BMW driving style more suitable for me.
I drove 2013 BMW 328i xDrive Yesterday (steering wheel was very hard to turn) also when i started the car first time at the dealer car was shaking (like spark plugs or something wasn't right) after warmed up shake was gone. Car also CPO and 24K miles on it.
What would you do? I'll pay 3K on top of it to have BMW.
First i was very upset with the MB not telling me that transmission already been replaced than i was kind of very happy that knowing i have a brand new transmission.
Both cars 1 owner and all the service records. BMW says i have a 6 years 100K warranty on what i don't know the details along with maintenance another year or so 4 years 50K.
So bottom line 2013 BMW 328i xDrive 23K miles on it CPO and I have 2010 e350 4matic P1, Luxury package 67K miles on it CPO.

Well i like what MB offers, comfort, size and many other things Nav., RV Camera etc. driving on the S mode is not bad at all just BMW offers more seems like on driving fun and feelings. Which of these will depreciate more, which one smart to keep? I like BMW 6 Years 100K warranty but actuality is another 1.5 really comparing what i have with MB.

Comparing 2013 and 2010 of both models, depreciation looks to be about the same, but who knows what the market will be.
As for me, I'll probably never buy another beamer or porsche for that matter, I'm lazy and love the way mercs and Range Rovers drive, I don't want to "feel the road" but to each their own
do what makes you happy you're good either way good luck!

2013 E550 4Matic
I know a guy who had a 2010 328xi and he hated it. It was in the shop more than his garage, only came with run-flats (which had their own issues), and was ugly. He switched to a Lexus GS350 and hasn't looked back since. I think he still picked an ugly replacement, but at least the Toyota looks somewhat better, imo. I got my E because it drove smoother than the BMWs I tested and was overall more comfortable to drive. Also the buttons (click feel, locations, light hue... yes, I'm picky) in the BMW annoyed me to death.
I drove the 2010 M3 when it was new (completely different animal from the 328 and E-class, obviously) and that had all the same annoying details as the base 3-series did... with the addition that the suspension was too boaty and the steering felt too "detached"... I'm sure if you could turn off the electronic steering it would have been fine... but good luck finding the button to do that. The E63 of the same vintage made a lot more sense where de/activating those "assists" were concerned and the exhaust sounded a lot better... but me being in my mid-20s prices me out of insurance on one of those for now... lol
Though I realize my criteria for what makes a car "worth it" might be more specific than most people.

Transmission worry is gone with new tranny in with this vehicle, what should i do with dealer about checking or looking at things for fixing before CPO warranty expires. One thing i wasn't happy was and still, breaks; they seems like not good as i expected and told them when i was buying it, mechanic told me drive for a while might be because car was sitting at lot, problem might go away but i don't think it does. When i start breaking (not talking about heavy break) i feel like loose things and little shaky car gets. Is this normal with this model?

Warped rotors in the front are very common... If it feels like it is pulsing when y brake, it is likely that problem.
Also, if you lower the car with h&r springs and put some new larger wheels/better tires, the car will feel much sportier. More similar to the handling of the Bmw in my opinion. I love my E. You made a great choice! And bonus with the new transmission! I would never be upset when a major component was nice/fresh/new!

My question is, car has breaks like this never ever should pass CPO checks, don't get me wrong they are not that bad but they also don't feel right too.
I guess they have a guideline and rotors and pads passing those guidelines, doesn't matter they perfect or not.
Anyway this point i'm thinking i have no choice but pay (which is not a bad price anyway) other question is what kind of rotors and pads these guys use, even if they original MB parts obviously they have some issues with these, can we use different rotors, pads etc.?

There was a service bulletin on the e550 brakes I read about (I had the pulsing issue on mine when I bought it). I turned my rotors and they have been fine for 15k miles over the last 10 months.
Here is the bulletin I42.10-P-054524 SEPT12 – 212.072/090/272 front brake vibration. Thickness fault on brake disk replace pads and disks.
Mine were warped. I am pretty sure the e350 uses the same components. (correct me if I'm wrong).
I would press the issue with the dealer being you just bought the car. Only several weeks ago is too soon.
Good luck!
