Rear side rollo retrofit possible?
Hi.
I was wondering if its possible to retrofit rear side rollos.
I was looking into parts.. and i seem like a easy fix.. but am i wrong?
Have anyone done it?
Thanks
Kim

I prefer smarties, but whatever.
Between updating my "upside down" steering wheel mounted stalks to the facelift style or retrofitting rollos rear sunshades, I have to give the nod to my young backseat passenger who can and will bug me non-stop when the sun gets in his eyes! Both sound hella expensive.

my w211 had the manual ones in the rear passenger doors. I would rather go that route vs having to reprogram the computer and shell out a bit of money for a part meant for the s class.

Depends...
Depends on how much effort you'd like to invest. Visit eBay Germany website, search W212 sonnenrollo, and you'll find what you're looking for. Requires replacement of side panels but viable solution as no electronics involved.
