Looking at some off lease 2014 E350's on the market - and most do not come with the Keyless Go option.
Has anyone here ever retro fit this on their vehicle?
Any idea of cost?
Appreciate your comments!

My only comment is, we seem to be flooded with people wanting options that are next to impossible to install without robbing a bank lately.
I agree this would definitely be a cost prohibitive, almost impossible mod. Keyless go involves a bunch of components from the door handles to the trunk to proximity sensors to programming keys from MB. I haven't seen this one asked before so at least it is original.
That said, I don't think I have come across any aftermarket solutions for keyless start. The closest might be remote start mods that would at least let you start the car from a key fob, but you wouldn't get the keyless door and trunk entry, trunk closer, etc.

Is this a regional FL market "thing"?
FWIW, when I was shopping earlier this year for a 2014 it seemed like Keyless Go was fairly common.

anything is possible if you have deep pockets. but why go through the hassle? just be patient and keep looking for the car with the package you want. its cheaper that way.

Yeah, just use a VIN decoder like this one:
http://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/Mercedes-Benz
Lots of times the dealers don't even know what they have on the lot unless it's an MB dealer. I haven't seen too many of them, seems like maybe 1 in 10 have it. Hard to find ones that are really fully loaded.

I thought the push button start was simply just a plastic plug that could be added for less than a hundred bucks? AKA, all of the internals exist already, you just need the button. Did that change with the facelift?

. Ok, let me explain. The keyless go "internals and wiring" will be already in place for those cars which came from the factory; loaded with "that" option. Many times the push button plug is lost or removed by dealers / previous owners (some don't like it etc). In that case you can simply buy an OEM plug from eBay for lot cheaper than MB dealer and attach it your car.
For the OP, I agree with the consensus here that you should wait and keep looking for the car with the right options for you. Adding keyless go later would not be cost / resource effective (of course everything would be possible).
This adage sounds true in car purchase too similar to in a marriage "keeps your eyes wide open before and half shut afterwards". Good luck.
That would be awesome if it was plug and play, but it is not so.

As other said, that was never the case. The door handles alone are probably around $300 each. Then a keyless go fob is $300-$500. Double that if you want two keys. Then there are antennas, sensors in the trunk and in the gas cap. I think for parts alone, you are probably in the $3-4k range or more plus labor to make it all work. Just keep an eye out for a car that has that option the difference between a used car that has that option and one that doesn't isn't that great, most pricing is based more on mileage and year.Originally Posted by DubVBenz
