Extended Warranty

As for the CPO, I think you can only get a real MB CPO from an MB dealer. The 3rd party dealer you bought it from might call theirs a CPO, but I don't think it's a real MB CPO as CPO is usually from the manufacturer and they don't let 3rd party dealers sell them. If you haven't used the warranty yet, maybe you can contact the company and see if you can get a refund. I think you can only buy a real MB CPO cars from an MB dealer. What does the warranty paperwork say anyway? If it was a previous MB CPO car that a 3rd party dealer sold, I don't think the CPO transfers. It expires when it's sold to a dealer, but it can be transferred to an individual. And once the CPO expires, you can't buy an extended warranty or 2 additional years of CPO. That's why you give your VIN number to the guys in the extended warranty forum and they will tell you if you qualify or not.
