Tire pressure warning came on today when one of the tire is lower by just 2 psi.
I'm trying to reset it to see if warning comes back one. I filled up some air to match. However, I don't see any way to reset TPMS, and the screen looks different from instructions I find online.
There is supposed to be down arrow which leads to another screen to reset. On mine there is no arrow and none of the navigation buttons on steering do anything.

On the display, you need to get to the SERV menu, where the Tyre pressure maintenance resides. On the left steering wheel button press the right button until the display ribbon reaches the SERV menu. Click the OK button. You will see 3 choices of which the Tyre Pressure is one. Use the down button to move to the Tyre Pressure and select with the OK button. You will see an image similar to your photo with the tire pressures shown. press the down arrow button and it will ask if you want to save the new pressures. Click OK and you are done. See page 251 in the manual.
Looks like OP took a picture of the soft warning when you turn off the car. Follow the steps outlined by key08 and in the manual and you should be good to go.
IIRC the soft warning comes on when the tire is ~10% off the set point. The hard warning with dash display comes one when differential is about 25% or more below set point. Not sure what your set values are but it's best to reset the system when you've got them set just right (not too high) so you only get warnings when it matters.
Yes, I checked owners manual, and the instruction for resetting TPMS is same as what I found online. However, my car does not have down arrow which should leads to screen to reset.
If you see my picture, I also have hard warning on the right side.
Here is what I found so far tonight. Each time I restart the engine the soft warning goes away at the beginning then comes back on within a min. The hard warning stays on.
I pumped the air in the rear to 41 psi then drove for a few minutes. Now, both soft and hard warning are cleared. This leads me to believe that the referential value is set too high. Another interesting thing is only rear left tire triggered warning even though both rear tires had same psi.
I'm going to check it again tomorrow, but i'm pretty sure I was in the service menu when I took the picture. Perhaps, the down arrow to reset wasn't available because the warning was triggered.

Thanks for the info. I have 2014 E350, and the TPMS instruction is on page 283. I have noticed that Mercedes likes to change a lot of things with facelift model year, and the manuals and online resources do not reflect all the changes. I had same issue with 2007 E550 which was the first facelift model for W211.
I couldn't wait till tomorrow to check.
So I just went into the service menu and now there is down arrow, and I was able to reset to reference value to the current PSI.
This confirms that the resetting is not available when the warning is activated. Not sure if soft or hard warning is the culprit since I had both.
On my 2010, the "hard warning" is a flashing red message in the central display.
I always use a digital tire gauge to check my tires and then see if the TPMS matches. So far, it does pretty well.
