I have a 2014 E350 Sport so I assume NTG 4.5/7.
The following is what i'm looking for in terms of info and specs...if you can provide all the info;

Android OS version
Internal specs such as RAM, clock speed, etc
Can you add external audio/video sources (RCA/HDMI)?
Any loss of steering control/COMAND knob functionality?
Can you switch between sources, such as just the Android OS/OEM COMAND?
Built in GPS/Bluetooth/WiFi(receiver)/HDD/SD Card?
Issues with OEM resolution uniformity, do we lose clarity/definition going from stock 7 inch 800x600 to a 10.25 (resolution unknown)?
Does all OEM functionality transfer to new screen, A/C info, temp in Fahrenheit, etc?
Video in Motion built in?
Any info on the custom bracket?
PRICE?????(For MBWorld members)

On W218 I think you only need the facelift oem bracket and the W166 screen version you see in the clip.

Here are some updated facts as well:

1. OS is android 5
2. RAM 1GB, 16GB, 1.2ghz
3. no external can be added, only USB and car dvr or rearview camera can be added
5. yes, there has a button FM/CD on mainmenu, cick it, and it will go to oem, when press any place of button, then back to android
6. builtin GPS, bt, wifi, TF card[gps slot]
8. all oem functions can work all original way, the OBD ui only show little like oil, speed[kmh] etc
9. video in motion no problem, can watch Video via our screen

Super cool! This is exactly what I've been wanting for my 2014 E550. I haven't had the car long but there were two things I wanted. 1. A louder exhaust which I now have via E63S mufflers. 2. A larger screen. How/where do I get one? The bracket really makes it look OEM. Great job.

I think I am going to try the 10.25 inch screen in my cls, the w166 screen does not appear to run the same software. There are other 10.25 screen variants but this one seems to have complete plug and play and more of an oem look. Already ordered the oem facelift bracket since china has not made one yet and will try to make this thing fit. Main attraction is the plug and play and being able to use the factory head unit if needed.

What are the dimensions of the 10.25 display unit? Never thought I say this about a display but it may be too big for my needs. Does the top of it stick very far above the dash? In your Part 2 please show a wide shot of the dash so we can see how it looks relative to the entire dash. Thanks.
