Dealer does not know how to make Navigation work
Dealer has had car since Tuesday and has no idea how to make navigation work properly. They said they replaced antenna, wire and head unit and it still will not give you correct location of car. Head unit powers up and works it just does not give you correct location of car. They said they have to get ahold of Mercedes Benz and find out if they have a solution. Said they would get ahold of me on Tuesday Told them if they wait long enough it will automatically correct itself like he had done before. Usually it takes about 2 weeks and then it works fine. Last time it went out was about 1 1/2 years ago. Went out no one could find out why the it started working fine all of a sudden. Has anyone out there had a similar problem? If they replaced what they said it should work. Does anyone have an idea what else might cause the problem besides the flux capacitor?
