$350 service coupon
MBUSA sent me a $350 service coupon good for 1 year. They said it was because it took 9 days for Dealer to fix Navigation. I will use coupon when I get my B service next year. Was not expecting that but I will put it to good use.

my 2016 E400 went in for service and they hadn't even started it when i went to pick it up at the end of the day..as compensation they asked me to bring it in again and they did my A service for free. Nice! Also, first time drove a C300 loaner (2017) second time a 2017 E300. Both cars sucked. Cheap interior materials, cheap V4 engine, complicated controls. My 2016 E400 is built like a rock. Engine is powerful - and sounds it. Material is good quality and most importantly for me, the controls are easy to navigate. My personal opinions, as I know other people like the new gen C and E class and I respect those opinions.

MB doesn't make a V4 motor. I've driven new C300's- the controls have a learning curve but so did last generations E's as well. It's not like driving a 40 year old Datsun in terms of learning the controls. The interior on the C seems cheaper than the E but thats OK because it is cheaper

If I had a nickel for every time I heard someone say "V4 engine". I have owned an 06 330i, 08 550i, '10 335i Convertible, and a 2013 535i M-Sport before I bought my E. I can say, unequivocally, I take my W212's interior over any of my Bimmers'.
Recently, I negotiated a deal for one of my employees to help him purchase a 2010 C350. Even his car's interior would put a comparable 3er to shame. Long story short, we should be thankful.
Apologies to OP for the mini hi jacking.

No V4's? Didn't your 550i have two inline V4's? Just kidding!
