Hey fellow MB enthusiants. I am looking into changing my factory 2016 sport grille to one of these. I like both in their own right, but would like some feedback from other owners. From these 2 styles, which one compliments the w212 better in your opinion?
This reminds me of when in the grocery store I'm asked if I want paper or plastic. My reply is usually "whatever you deem is most appropriate". That way if something goes wrong it's never my fault! That said, I'll go with #2. Do I qualify for an honorable mention for participation in this thread?
Hey, i remember you provided a photo from 555 tech for a grille with the camera mount. But i have searched up and down 555 tech and eBay and cant find that style with a camera slot. Do you by any chance remember the listing or where you got it from ? Thanks
the diamond grille (#1) is nice but didnt really take off for MB style wise.
which can either be good or bad. good in a sense that not a lot would have it, bad that a lot wont like it. which comes down to what is more important to you, what you like on your car or what you like others to like on your car.
the #2 grille is also nice but youll have the same as the rest.

That's a good point, i think the all want others to admire our cars, but in the end i am doing it more for me so when i look at her i know its done right. The current grille i think looks too much like the previous Generation C Class. Still nice and classy but these two grilles look a bit more modern when compared. Right now I'm leaning towards #2, for $250 a pop, im tempted to buy both and change it up from time to time.
