How do I fix this? Can I fix the bulb or do I have to get new tail lights

Those are not single LED replaceable bulbs, they are on a circuit board inside of the lighting assembly.

In any lighting issue, always check the connector first. You would need to get in behind the trunk liner in the area of that non-working light - there should be a connector in that area. Unplug and plug it a couple times and see if that helps, sometimes a spot of corrosion builds up and does strange things. I just had an issue with back-up camera and this did the trick. If you have or get any dielectric grease, it also helps.

Unfortunately, it's the entire assembly as they are sealed. If you need to go that route, you may be able to pick one (or both sides) up used from ebay or a local wrecking yard.

I'm a little confused from the photos. Is it an intermittent problem on both sides?

No it’s just 2 leds on the left side . Other pics looks like more are out because leds flicker when you try and take picture of them

Did you fix the taillights or did you replace the whole assembly?
Does anyone has a DIY solution for the flickering problem?

Here's something I discovered when I replaced the halogen reverse bulb with led. That inner light assembly on the trunk is sealed to the trunk lid sheet metal by a foam gasket that is compressed as the light is tightened against the lid. Unfortunately the back of the light is actually open - when removed from the trunk lid you can see the circuit board inside the assembly. IMO this makes the board prone to moisture issues if there's any sort of defect in the gasket. There's a couple of pics in the thread:

Looks like you'd have to cut the assembly apart to get to the circuit board, then have to figure out if it's led, resistor, or circuit breakdown.
