2010 E550
2010 E550 seems noisy in front end
Hi all. I have been a proud owner of Mercedes for 17 years. I currently have a 2002 E320 with 182k miles and is a solid car. My latest purchase is a 2010 E550 with approx 48k miles, I know low right. Well my only complaint is that it feels rougher meaning more of what I call front end noise, seems like I feel i hear and feel every imperfection on the road. I have Continental contact sport I believe and overall cabin noise compared to my 2002.
Is it because of that big boy engine in the 550? This is my first V8 from Mercedes. I must say I will never go back to a V6. What power this thing has. So in closing I'm looking forward to hearing any feedback from other 550 owners.

What's the tire pressure at? If you have it at the upper end, it's going to feel rough. Also check out the motor mounts, those also tend to go, but probably not at such low mileage.
