Just installed Sprint Booster
I just came from a BMW M5 which had three different throttle maps (which made a night and day difference). In comparison, the throttle response on my CLS550 9G-Tronic seems like a slug in comparison... but not sure how much is turbo lag and auto transmission vs. my old car which was naturally aspirated v10 with sequential manual gearbox.
Maybe a Sprint Booster will tie me over until I get a tune. Maybe it will still help after a tune.
Any advice or thoughts welcome unless you're just going to tell me to push harder on the gas pedal... save your bandwidth.
It's not just more gas for less input but makes the throttle valve open quicker which gives the results.
Coupled with the three valeting modes which limit the throttle thus power and an anti theft dead pedal mode it's a sub £200 no brainer.

I've got a Sprint Booster installed on my 2003 E500 with V8 motor and it makes a world of difference.

And the new SB has lots of settings to choose from, including the one that disables it and installation is super easy.
Best $300 you can spend for your car.
