that passenger seat part number is the whole cushion, the leather cover in 8N54 Marrakesh is unobtanium. weird, it says your passenger seats are 'Active Multicontour' ?
8N54 is "Marrakesh" leather, which is chassis code 264A.
Awesome, thanks for the help! I'm not sure what the active multicontour is... New to the Merc designations.
I wonder if the parts catalog isn't messing up on us re that right side lower cushion, its listed with option codes that the left seat doesn't have, notably the "Active Multicontour" (basically a fancy power lumbar sort of thing

I'll have to poke around at it more when I get my hands on it. Definitely odd that it's different than the driver's, wonder if it's specifically listed on passenger since it's an option vs standard on driver?
Hello MBWorld! I was hoping a kind soul would help me out with the OEM part number for Driver's Side Bottom Seat Cover for my W212 4Matic Wagon. I have the famous MB rip down the center seam of my seat, and thinking it's best to use OEM seat cover rather than one of the many copies out there.
I need help also. My VIN #WDBUF72X77B125366
My interior color is 825A Amaretta/Leather/Nappa/Semi-Analine-Beige
I’ve tried several places to find a replacement seat cover but can find none in this color. Anyone know of a color that might be compatible through a vendor?
Unfortunately, I have joined the "split driver's front seat" club, on a 2013 MB-Tex (Black/Anthracite) E350 sedan. It's just started to go but past experience with this sort of thing is that once deterioration starts, progression is rapid. I've ordered the aftermarket version. This, on a car with less than 34,000 miles driven by a 160 pound man (I'm sure that the German engineers blame this on "fat Americans").
i would have bought the OEM version - but I thought that I already did!
MB-Tex was highly regarded by owners of 60's-80's MB's. I've been an MB owner for a while and I've read more than one story of MB-Tex seat covers recovered (so to speak) from cars sitting in junkyards for years, cleaned with good detergent and a scrub brush, reinstalled, and then looking just like new. It doesn't really matter how good the material is if it isn't designed or sewn together well...
I will report any issues. If it looks seriously different than the other side, I'll replace that one as well; after all, it's only a matter of time, and the person who often sits there is at least as heavy.
Thanks for the PDF. I followed your link, entered in my vehicle information. Interior/Seats only shows two baby safe items. I was hoping to get the Mercedes part number for the seat bottom. I hope they're still being produced/sold. I have see your other replies here where that wasn't the case.
I need to replace the cushion cover, bottom section only, on both the driver and passenger side of my W212 E350. I've treid searching the suggested site (mercedespartscenter.com) using the VIN to find the production part number to no avail. Each time the results list all color variants and I'm unsure which part number matches the actual production PN.
The seat cushion covers are MBtex material, black color and black stitching.
The VIN is WDDHF8HB0AA127922 .
Anyone know the correct part numbers to order or have a suggested site / method to source part numbers based upon VIN?
I also need the heating element for the drivers side seat cushion.

Driver side you can shop used 21291003469D88 or 21291073469D88, used/new (current part #) 21291079139D88; passenger used/new 21291010069D88; driver seat heating 2128202498. New start here: https://www.mercedespartscenter.com/
Using the advice given by konigstiger in checing prices of seat covers on Mercedes authorized online stores, I bought the driver seat cover for my E350. As others have mentioned, it is a fair amount of work to stretch on the new cover, but very doable. I'm very happy with the result. It looks nice.
Now, the passenger seat cover is starting to split. In reading this thread, I see where many of you have tried aftermarket seat covers, with mixed results. Now that many of you have had these installed for some time now, has anyone been happy with the aftermarket seat cushion cover? If yes, would you please share your source?
If the only way to get a quality cover is to order the cushion assembly, I'll do that. But if there is a less expensive option, I'd like to do that.

If it matters, mine is the color code 115A beige.
If you're fussy buy the cushion and cover from Benz, if the threads per inch around the perimeter being different and a little puckering doesn't bother you, get the aftermarket, for me, once you see it's not exact it bothers me, but everyone has different thoughts. you will spend more time steaming out the puckers and wrinkles.
I also replaced my driver seat cover a few years ago (Black MB-tex '212-910-79-13-9D88') and now my passenger side started to rip apart too. I visited my local dealer yesterday and they also confirmed that I need to purchase the entire passenger seat bottom cushion. I can't just buy a passenger side cover like I did for the driver.
Could the driver seat cover (212-910-79-13-9D88) be the same as the passenger side? Looking at the seats in my vehicle and also a few DIY videos on YouTube, the differences, if any, are minor. The parts department could not confirm this for me. I would prefer not to purchase the entire seat bottom if I can find a original seat cover. I do not want to go with aftermarket.
