Vossen wheels - fit?
I’m looking at a set of used 19 inch Vossen wheels for my 2012 E 550 cabriolet. The wheels on the car now are 18 inch AMG‘s. I believe they’re 18x8.5 with a 45mm offset. The Vossen front wheels are 19 x 9 with a 5x114.3 bolt pattern, 32mm offset and 220/40 Michelin tires, and the rears are 19 x 10 with a 38 mm offset and 245/40 tires. Based on what I’ve been able to find here, it looks like they should fit with wobble bolts. Is this correct, and will I need spacers as well? Thanks, Chris

You're better off looking for a set that fits. The 212 calls for high offset. I had a set of Rennen wheels with a +42 offset up front and needed a 5mm spacer to clear the front brakes and being lowered I rubbed on every tire from 245/30/20 all the way down to 225/30/20 which is basically no tire. So I swapped out the wheels. And if you aren't lowering it you should be fine with not rubbing, but you will definitely NOT like the way the wheels poke out so much past the fenders.
