Has anyone tried using kodi on this? Also just saw they released a new one with 4gigs ram and 64 gig internal storage has anyone purchased this one? I know ram makes a lot of difference on these devices the only issue is they are running the older version 6 android. I asked the seller they said 6 is more reliable than 7.1 so they use that.

I think you are out of luck with the SIM card if you are in the US.
Here is the info from Carsara about the LTE bands the unit supports:
"Support 4G network TD-LTE: B39 / B40 / B41; FDD-LTE: B1 / B3 / B7 / B8 in Asia-Pacific region (not support 4G outside Asia-Pacific region)"

Some people have had line noise and had to fit a suppressor. Most have been fine though and it suggests a problem elsewhere. A cheap suppressor may be better than trying to find the source of the interference though.

Update: so my plan was to take out my cigarette socket and replace it with a usb one so that I can have a cleaner look, the downside to it is that the phone will take forever to charge and I mean forever it took almost ten minutes for a single percent to produce.
Now I'm second guessing about doing it or not.

Hello, i have installed the V2 on my e250 and i'm very happy. on my previous car i had V1 and I didn't like it so much... but v2 it's light year ahead. I could not find the Bluetooth settings , can anyone help me? (sorry for the bad writing)

Could anyone who had rooted the device give me some pointers?
Is it possible to connect it to a computer before installing it and then do the rooting?
Or does it have to be powered from the car after it has been installed and rooted then?

I LOVE version 2 , it’s running very smooth, when I put into reverse the image has 1-2 seconds delay but it’s not a big problem...I have 4G direct from the SIM card and it’s working very well!

No, they have non-North-America cell network, like the whole rest of the world. The only place where this tablet won't get data is... North America. :-P

not really, We use : frequency LTE 1800 / 2100 TD-LTE 2500 / 2600 (Band 1, 3, 38, 41).
Band 41 is common with Asia
