ups sent everything back to the sender since their driver was a dingbat since its a new address. however i picked it up off FCP Euro... i've gotten some of my BMW parts from them.
Lastly, this car is amazing. Maybe the other E400 turbo drivers only use theirs for groceries, but this moves. I ditched the run flats for General AS05s from tire rack $530 shipped and they are phenomenal during here in FL. I would love to lower it and put spacers on the rear. .. maybe 15mm. I love this car. It's pretty cool there arnt many on the road. I've driven maybe 1,300 in three weeks of ownership, new tires, tint all around including windshield and hardwired V1 radar detector. Upgraded LED interior bulbs on the way

Thanks... They're 19x8.5 / 19x9.5 niche VOSSO GUN METAL rims with
245-35-19 / 275-30-19 LEXANI tires that are pretty dam good for a inexpensive tire .. the offset is 42 and 48

Love them .. also with the 19s the quality of the ride is basically the same as the stock 18s

Thanks ..HonestlyI dont feel any added stiffness to the ride and I , like you have bent and cracked rims before but the irony is they been 18s .. I had 19s on my bmw 5 series for yrs and no issues . I did bend the 18s when I had them on there also bent the 18s on my old e class .. so I guess it's just luck for the most part .but on the quality of the ride theres really no big difference maybe a tad stiffer if any ..

I just received my interior LEDs yesterday and will try to install tonight. I went with GLUXLITE.com.... I seen their ads on Instagram and a friend told me about them. They were 1/2 the cost of ones i've seen on the MB forums... however i figured I'd try them out.
I checked into the extended warranty and got some quotes from a dealer out in Texas (local dealer gave me the run around), but pretty much I have until the factory warranty expires (11/19 or 50kmi) whichever comes first. I will prob just buy it this time next year and utilize the factory warranty between now and then. I had to re-order the oil change kit as UPS didnt deliver to my new address. I will say i'm highly impressed with the General AS05s over the RFT's that came with the car. the stick in the dry and the rain. Picked up x4 staggered from discounttire for $530 shipped no tax for their labor day sale. Couldnt beat it that price point.
Any word on coding? ie... for example the speed limiter, and perhaps being able to run the daytime running lights instead of the parking lights. MB clearly under-tuned this car. Its a beast.

Nice ... I'm going to check out that website... On the warranty issue my car needed about 8500$ worth of repair ..thank God I took out coverage .. mind you I was coming out of a e63 with 160 k had no warranty on her and she didn't give me any issues so here in thinking the e400 was gonna b bullet proof .. boy was I wrong and happy I did

Currently installing LEDs... pretty simple process. Will take pics once it gets dark.

so when you picked up your E400, had you exceeded the manufacturers warranty or was it almost up. How many miles do you have? 160k on an e63 with no issues is pretty solid. I’ll def pick up that warranty once this one expires. 8500 dollaroos is no joke.
