LED Headlights

They look nice, although I do have an issue with the driver side led "tubes" (couldn't think of the right word) in that they flicker when I start the car. When the engine is turned off, the flickering stops. This only happens on the driver side with the "tubes" and the low and high beams look fine (i.e. they don't flicker even after the car has started). Any ideas as to what might be causing it?
Thanks
Looks like the LEDs are too heavily saturated in certain areas of the "tubes".

They suppose to match handbag anyway.

My newest stable edition come with LED and I am not fun of them becouse of distorision.
Right now we have 3 cars in stable 1 having projection halogen, 2nd xenons and 3rd with LED.
I love xenons for crispy beams, but they take time to warm up. Not really big issue with our freeway driving, but for guys on highways, where you have to change the light often it might.
LED as I mention don't produce the best light, but they save energy and allow for quick flash.
Projection halogen in comparison is like "did I turn my lights on? "
