Smile New to me e350

At the sweet age of 26 I finally was able to get my dream car, Here is my new to me 2014 E350 Sport with 40k Miles picked it up from MB in Lakeland FL for about 25k. Spent the past 6 years deployed now I am finally home and able to enjoy it. Any tips for mods would be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome to the family. Be prepared to spend even more money on mods and retrofits. Lol.

Enjoy. The 2014 E is a great car. I love mine, have fun. Be sure to drive a lot before deciding what modifications, if any, you may want. Check this forum often for any answers and anecdotes about this car and its quirks.

Nice car. Why would you like to change it?

I think I have similar color, I had oem rims powdercoated with a bit different color since I needed a couple of them straightened, then wrapped chrome with brushed titanium finish material, bit of tint at rear lights and I'm happy.
Just some ideas, enjoy your car and do what makes you happy.

First of all- Thank You for Your Service! Welcome Home!
Did you get it from Fields Motorcars? That's where I've purchased my last 4 Mercedes from. I'm a firm believer in 'Stock Sucks!' and I can tell you that besides Ceramic Tint- I haven't done anything to my 2014 E350. I still want to paint my Brake Calipers Red (Do it on every car I've owned) and I'm looking at a Carbon Fiber cover for the Silver Front Lip.

Yes Chris over at the MB in Lakeland FL sold me the car. I have been thinking the illuminated star and some light tints, Perhaps the rear window roof spoiler as well.

The Illuminated Star is very nice but pricey. Are you looking at headlight or taillight tints? Unless you are having them sprayed- the rears have some very odd angles. I was going to tint the fronts but I love the way the LEDs look and didn’t want to take away from the ‘whiteness’. I usually do yellow fog/running lights on all of my cars and would love a way to put yellow on the LED running lights.

Congrats on the new car! It’s a classy car stock, but never hurts to personalize them 🤣. Here is some inspiration.

Hehe thanks! Yeah I’ll be at both the one in Winter Park and Lake Nona in April. So feel free to stop by and see the parts. I can get you connected with the guy who got the front lip. On these pictures I had vinyl. But I bought CF inlays and threw on this weekend.

Where did you get the side inserts? I have been searching forever after buying a lower mileage E63 (vs higher mileage with options) but lacks the CF exterior from factory.

OP - First off, WELCOME HOME! I would change the headlights, after seeing the face life E-class with the LED light package, it was an easy decision to get a car with it or aftermarket.

I bought them from Future Design USA. But this is only for the non-AMG. As the non-AMG it is not a loose piece that can be swapped. It’s simply an only you put on with double sided tape.

Nice!! I think I will just wrap them. OEM is what I want but cannot fathom to drop that kind of money on inserts.

Welcome to the forums, and welcome to the Mercedes family. And most importantly, welcome home---and thanks for your service!
I bought my first new Mercedes at the age of 23, so I can understand how exciting it was!

I am also a vet---so if you'd like an emblem like I have, just PM me with your branch of service and dates and I will be sure to get you set up with one.
