No Bluetooth Audio Option Mercedes E350 2010 60reg

No Bluetooth Audio Option Mercedes E350 2010 60reg
Hey guys. just had my car back from MB Service centre. my Comand head unit isnt showing bt audio so i followed a guide to enter enginer mode and enable it. My 2010 e350 cdi blue eff has a different looking engineer mode which doesnt like the videos. i was told that there should be an update for it. after having it serviced the engineer said that there is no comand update for my system. so is there no way to enable BT Audio for my car? will post pics on request!

any help is appreciated

Often they say that just so u can leave then alone cuz they too lazy.
There was another similar thread , and the car was also a diesel , maybe you will be able to find it. Not sure if it got resolved or not.

yeah ive seen it BUT the engineer mode does not match. mine doesnt have HU PARAMETERs as needed. i will post a pic tommorow

I have the same issue. Did you manage to enable the "normal" engineering menu ?

2010 E350
for the 2010 models they need software update or something because every time I leaving the car I have to connect manually . it should connect automatically

100% - you need the software update from the dealer. I got the 2010 e350 and the software update solved the BT connectivity issues
