This is what I've done on mine so far, there are a few things I haven't documented here yet but they'll come soon.

At you current mileage you need to replace the spark plugs, as per maintenance manual.

Since you're at 90k, I expect you did the ATF service and engine air filters at 80k along with A/B service. Plugs should have been done at 60k. Beyond routine maintenance, I've had a headlamp go bad that required the whole assembly to be replaced. And the comand dial stopped turning and the module was replaced.

Good advice here. They are very stout cars and go like hell. Stay with the regular oil changes and brake flush on schedule. Avoid potholes as best you can or suffer the consequences.

I have a 2010 E550 with 151,xxx km which is about 93,xxx miles. So far I haven't had any issues with the car other than the wood trim fading (easy fix by wrapping it in carbon fiber vinyl), I did the oil changes regularly and air filter was changed as soon as I purchased the vehicle (2 years ago). I've taken 3000km trips with zero issues. Though the biggest issue I had was the stinky AC smell which is easily fixed by a foam cleaner (there's tons of threads on this). I also purchased new Michelin Pilot Sport A/W 3+ tires with zero complaints from regular driving (there was some weird tire noise as 190km+, when I was passing a semi). My airmatic doesn't seem to leaking and the suspension still feels good. Though I do have a Canadian E550 which are built a little differently from the US market. If you have anything questions you welcome to ask!
