Hi my wifes wagon recently developed a strange issue. The navigation map is completely in the wrong location. It is showing a location several miles away in a different city. Nothing has happened like any time in a shop, it just seemed to happen out of nowhere. Is there a way to reset this? again 2014 W212 Wagon.

You could try soft reset, hold “on” button for 10 seconds or so. If this fails try reloading map data if you have DVD + activation code. Worst case scenario GPS antenna and/or connection failed best to have someone pull fault codes before going further.
