Does anyone have the Stanley 15amp Battery Charger?

I especially like the design that provides cable storage... The online reviews sound very favorable...
Just $45 at Walmart...

And if you're looking for a cheap battery charger, how about this $18 one that's an 8 amp charger?
I'm not a fan of the 15 amp charger as the best charging current is 10 amps or less. The main battery is typically 80-90 amp hours so if you just throw the 8 amp charger on it, it should charge up the battery overnight. 40 amps isn't really a lot of power to start a car, typically it's more like 100-200 amps, maybe 40 would do it on a nice warm summer day. The only way I could see that working is to first charge the battery for a few minutes and then maybe the 40 amp boost in addition to the battery would get it started.
Well thought out for once
I just went to Auto Zone etc and gt a schumacher charger....
Tend to be everywhere and they make them for a lot of other companies.
