Comand not connecting online
Had my Comand unit updated to latest version, command online still won't go online any advise?
Also disk they used says not for audio 20, isn't audio 20 the Harmon Kardon system?
they are possibly saying that the feature is no longer supported by Mercedes as 2 other e250s didn't work either, tried iPhone and Android devices.
and they left update disk they used in the car.
and I feel like I'm the most annoying new mb owner 😁

Don't you have to subscribe to Mercedes' advanced Comand services to get internet access? Believing this to be so, I tried once, and was prompted to subscribe...

In Canada there is no cell service built into this units, they use phone Bluetooth tethering to connect, from my research it uses pan protocol, personal area network.
In my system settings it said pan enabled, but still can't connect online, not a website, not apps, not radio, nothing just keeps going until it fails

I didn't see anything on the receipt other than the did the upgrades. of course I had to re activate stuff like my Sat radio an radio station settings and all. I look in the car on the info page on the command screen and get back to ya.

Update
Mercedes didn't officially fix the issue.
They sent a report to higher ups.
But after receiving the car back it started working. I can see the weather, websites are un usuable due to old browser, can't even open YouTube.
