good battery...dead car!!

My E350 2014 is dead. There is battery power based on my charger. 100%. Absolutely no noise when I try to start. Nothing happens wit hthe remote open key, trunk release. physical trunk relesase inside car does nothing.

I saw the side amber light flash so there is some power going somewhere.

I checked the fuses but did not pull all of them out.

other facts: recently used the battery to jump my other car. It did not work. After this, the car drove fine.

I am lost. Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like EIS but first check fuses 31 - 52 - 57.. The EIS will need replacing and programing at mercedes along with the set of new keys. Other part that gives the same problem is the SAM unit .In your case i think you should visit Mercedes and get it sorted out . Sorry and hope you find an easy fix -but

I would check cables first. Then I would pull the battery and take to auto parts store for testing just to be sure. Then report back.

Take a look at this before your dealer gets involved.

Some of the common reasons an EIS might falter:
  • Performing a jump while the key is inserted

Definitely check the battery again.

My C320 had a parasitic drain caused by the module under the passenger seat controlling the seat adjustment switches. I could insert the key in the EIS, but it would not turn. I had to jump start the car to get it to start. Then off to the Indy repair guy.
