West coast wagon quest: my new S212
Hello MB World! It's been a while since I owned a Mercedes.
Picked up a CPO 2016 S212 E350 a few weeks ago and it's been great so far.
I made a thread about my purchase at another forum: https://forums.vwvortex.com/showthre...nd-my-Mercedes
Looking forward to being part of the MB World community again
Edit: Just noticed my signature area below is wildly out of date
Garage situation has improved somewhat but still looks like I'm invading Poland soon.

This site is being overrun with wagons lately. I feel left out.

Good to see all the interest in wagons. A nice change of pace vs so many drinking the SUV coolaid...

To defend SUV, my brother after MB wagon failure (he is not DIY) bought Mitsubishi SUV.
Smaller one, but they've got good deal and new car for about $20,000.
Shift on the fly to AWD or 4WD. No navi, but keyless go and rear camera.
I drove it a bit and it does have the small Japanese engine feeling, but 30 mpg is respectable.
