E220 injector question

E220 injector question
i have a 2012 E220 and it sounds like a tractor knocking the thing is it has different injectors in it numbers are three are a6510704987 and one is a6510701387 injectors does this matter please help

E220 injectors problem
the injectors have a part number on the top three of the injectors have part numbers of A6510704987 and one of the injectors has a part number of A6510701387 the three with the same number sound very noisy should they all have the same part number if so what ones should i be using thanks all

All 4 should be same part # 6510704987.
