Rear Door Panel Speaker removal?
Hi, own a 2014 E350 and the rear door panel speaker is literally blown, the voice coil has popped out of the speaker. How do i remove the old speaker?

I’ve already done that, I don’t see any ribots holding it in. Do I need to remove the inner door panel (metal panel)?

Sorry reading to fast! Not sure front sitting with ribots but not the rear 
Don't think you have to remove the metal plate I hope not that's some hard work for the speaker.
Looking forward for the answer as well
