M-B official description for part #A2127930488 is "Sport Equipment Roof Spoiler". Made by Polytec of Austria, it is currently out of stock and no longer available for order from Mercedes. Instead, M-B has superseded the Sports Equipment spoiler part number back to the standard roof spoiler part #A2127900188. They are not the same, of course, but this can only be determined by direct examination of the spoiler. Buyer Beware!
There are visual clues. While the high-mounted brake light remains in the same position as the standard spoiler, the Sport Equipment item has an increased overhang.

Most recently a seller in China is offering a RENNTech replica carbon fiber S212 spoiler on Ebay. This seller, idear-car, has very low feedback and shipping charges are quite high. Buyer Beware!
