2014 E350 4Matic blind spot sensor help
I'm new to MB ownership and have a 2014 E350 I picked up a few months ago. I was driving it on the highway the other day when a bunch of error messages came on, including "cruise control inoperative", SRS malfunction, "service required do not shift gears, visit dealer", pre-safe functions limited. It had been snowing/raining at that time. Errors eventually went away and I made it home. Next day, same thing happened while I was in a car wash, but this time the speedometer stopped working, power steering became firm, car wouldn't shift into drive.
Took it to the dealer and they sorted through some codes and said my rear blind spot sensors have corrosion and need to be replaced along with the harnesses. Quoted me $2500.
Price seems kinda ridiculous to me. Is this something I could just order and replace myself? I'm good with working on cars but have zero knowledge as to whether these things need to be programmed or otherwise synced by the dealer?
Thank you all in advance!

My VIN is WDDHF8JB7EB034132. They claimed the connectors are corroded too, so new harness needed, but I haven't had a look for myself. Told the dealer to hold off on anything for now while I researched this.
If you're still reading konigstiger, would you be able to do a check with my VIN? I'd probably need the sensors and harness. Does anyone have experience with how to replace the whole harness if they're corroded? It seems the sensors can be easily replaced from accessing underneath without bumper removal.

Appreciate you posting the replacement instructions earlier!
