Lowered on 19"s
Well the journey was a long one to find out how to lower it. It's a 2012 with 110k miles and the suspension was worn out. I had the factory sport suspension.
I looked everywhere for a how to since the rear is way different from my Evo. I did find a good how-to but didn't have any pictures. I ended up finding a video from someone using a E350 coupe. It helped so much.
I was about ready to burn the car to the ground. At first it didn't matter what control arm you remove, I had them all off at one time and still couldn't get the lower control arm to come down enough to get the old spring out. That's when I finally found the right video.
I installed H&R sport springs and Koni yellow sport shocks and struts. If anyone has any questions or comments please feel free to post.
If you plan on attempting this you NEED a Mercedes compatible spring compressor.

Thank you for the comments. I'll get a pic of the tails in the morning.
These are supposed to be direct replacement. They may be but the front of thr set i got, the holes were slightly off to the point of that i either only got the bottom two in or the top ome and not the bottom.
Had someone with basic auto skills tried this they probably would have sent them back. The difference was about 1/8th inch difference. I bought a reamer bit and took a lil out of each hole so as to split the difference rather take that much out of either the top or the bottom set.. Now they fit like supposed to. They were installed Sunday, the drop now is lower than the factory sport. I haven't measured ground to fender yet because I'm sure they are still settling. I honestly hope it doesn't settle to much more.

The fronts need to be redone. The heat in FL is brutal on them. Also these pics are before I did the suspension and after detail. Been too hot to detail after work to show it after install this past Sunday.
