My car isn't losing any amount of oil that I can tell - it didn't request any oil between the last 10,000 mile change interval. So I guess there is no guarantee that this will be repaired on mine for now. But I have CPO through the end of 2023 so surely by that time.
And if you think Mercedes is bad, don't ever buy Porsche. They are the most arrogant asshats you can imagine. I guess when you sell so few cars, and so many are so expensive, and they sell themselves.. you don't even have to pretend to care.

@LILBENZ230 Sorry for the typo, I corrected it. I have the M276 3.5L NA V6 in a 2017 GLE350. My cam covers are leaking, both on the forward/right corner. On the right (passenger) side, this is toward the exhaust. On the left (driver) side this is into the vee of the engine. My dealer claims to have sent photos to Mercedes, Mercedes called them "vapors", in other words not leaks, and denied warranty coverage.
I posted about this in another thread, and one or two others replied saying they had similar experience with oil leaks that were less than quarts of oil pouring onto the garage floor. My dealer seems to have the attitude that if the oil isn't spurting out of the engine like a geyser, it isn't a problem. Also there is no warning light illuminated, which seems to be another reason the dealer isn't taking action.
It's this discussion/debate with my dealer that has completely soured me on the M-B brand. There are countless stories like this, and worse, on this site.
