E400 Block heater cord

Can anyone confirm the correct cord to purchase to plug into the factory installed block heater? The car in question is a 2016 E400 (M276 3.0l biturbo)

The zerostart product guide says "See dealer" for the M276. It's very hard to see the pin layout on the connector as it's tucked right up against the engine with pulleys and such in the way.

I can't help, but I'm actually surprised there's a factory install block heater and non-diesel... option?

Almost everyone plugs their cars in there.

Yes call Palm Beach Mercedes for a block heater LOL. They've only seen a few 4 magics yet.
I do not understand the need for not disclosing a location on the Bio. Would really help us all figure out which car, which continent and different issues based on geographical locations.
Sorry about the rant , but c'mon.

My '12 from New York has one, my '13 does too with the winter package even though it came from Palm Beach. More of a coolant heater though, not oil.

Both our W212s are from the NE, but I haven't looked that closely at them... will soon as I'll be doing motor mounts. We had a few W123 diesels and a VW pickup "caddy" diesel which had them... plugging it in on a timer before work. Yeah, I don't miss that.

I do not have the plug or wiring harness, for either car. Just FYI, my buddy the engine builder noticed during an oil change on his lift at home. Most of his work focuses on the '30s 40's 50's and 60"s cars, English and German and French.

So they installed the block heater, but didn't provide a cord? Maybe there's more to it... I'm thinking about our older cars in which the heater was just a resistance element threaded into block with a two pin connector and cable with 120V wall plug.

Yes, I'm guessing, but think it's part of the winter package, headlight washers, heated steering wheel, snow screen on ventilation intake and ????

Also, from memory and not seeing it in four years or so, I remember it being a coolant heater not necessarily a block {oil} heater.

My '93 500S had a block heater with cord. Don't think I had this on the next two S's , SLK or SL.

The only block heaters I'm familiar with went into coolant passages... heat coolant > block > oil. Just enough to ease starting, I know there are some more comprehensive heater for more Arctic conditions/vehicles.
