Hello All,
I'm dealing with an issue with my 2013 E350 4Matic. My mechanic is reading it as a 2568-09 Premair sensor malfunction and it makes the fan run constantly. I was told that it could be the Coolant Temperature Sensor (P/N: MB-221905560080) that is mounted on the radiator. I had it replaced with an OEM rebuilt and the light stayed off for 4-5 days. Now it's back on with the same code and fan running. Anybody got other ideas? I could really use some advice here. Thanks!!

What did you have replaced with an OEM rebuilt? The premair sensor, coolant temp sensor, radiator or fan? Wouldn't be the first time a rebuilt or even new part is bad... Of coarse thats assuming the sensor was the issue all along and not a wiring, power/ground or corrosion problem.
Seems this premair sensor is only for PZEV vehicles.
