ok, here's for a generic e350 post-facelift wagon (I use wagon because thats what I know the model number on, 212.288). -9999 means they must be painted. these covers are apparently only on the AMG body trim package. I looked up a random E250 diesel, 212.097 and came up with the same numbers.
front left: A2126981530-9999 or A2126980177-9999 - not sure difference. first number is for option codes 772 or 773 *AND* any of (800/801/802/803) while the 2nd is just for 772 or 773.
front right: A2126981630-9999 or A2126980277-9999 - not sure difference. (...same as above...)

Ahh, I googled that. Edition E was a special package celebrating the 20th anniversary of made in India Mercedes, in 2015. Mostly it was a trim package with special Wheels fancy stereo etc. Apparently they put the Edition E on e200 e250 and e350s

Why thank you sir! My '12 has the #420 Blue Efficiency and I have seen some anniversary edition fender placards, but not that particular one.
