... and before just replacing that module, I would closely visually inspect the wiring to it and the lamps as well as the connectors on all of them to ensure its all clean and not damaged.

An update .
Whenever i start the car both headlights move in different directions but the left one stays a bit up high.
2) Whenever i try to manually move the headlamps inside the left they do move from my Autel Device
3) Whenever i turn on the car there is this weird motor like stuck sound from the left headlight
