Radio issues
Hey guys, I’m the new owner of a 2016 E350. Absolutely loving the car.
I’ve noticed that the equalizer settings keep resetting to zero when i restart the car. Also, when I play a cd, and turn off the radio or restart the car, the cd always starts over at track 1. I’m thinking they must be related. Ideas?

Your COMAND unit could benefit from a software update session at your local service provider or you could learn to workaround these limitations.
Without a detailed TSB description, there is no guarantee a specific enhancement is included. Usually update packages deal with bug fixes...
Design refresh bring out new features.
