Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Mercedes W212 200 cdi 2013. When the engine is cold, you hear a rough engine sound that lasts about 4-5 seconds, and then it works normally. rough work. I posted a link

Pretty sure thats the chain tensioners. Earlier models of the W212 had this problem. Not sure how specific this is to the OM651, but I know it is atleast present in the M276 (I believe M278 aswell)

I have had the same issue, IMHO it's just annoying and usually lasts only a few seconds.
When the dealer replaced chain tensioner in the process of AEM it went away.

signs all indicate that the cause is a chain tensioner
