I am unable to find a grill for a 2016 E350 with the Luxury Pkg. Searched the web already and made some calls.
This is the chrome grill without the large emblem in the center. Here are my questions:
Is the grill the same on the 2014, 2015, and 2016?
Will a grill with adaptive cruise control fit even though my car does not have this option?
Is there a salvage yard anywhere specializing in Mercedes-Benz?
Anyone got one for sale?

I called the dealer and got a price of $490.00. I did not ask if it was available. The grill is going on a car with 180,000 miles so the part does not need to be new, just correct and in one piece.

180,000 Miles??? Have you applied for a service badge yet? Is your car flex Fuel ? What do you do your car beside regular maintenance, what do you do in terms of regular maintenance? What type of oil do you use ( brand weight, and do you change weights of the oil in the winter? Have you had to do the cam phaser work because it ticks at cold starts? I assume you daily the car? My car is ca 2013 with the M276 Flex Fuel and it's creeping up to 100k, I was wondering if you have any tips on how you got the mileage to where you did? I bought a mityvac and I change my oil every 2-5,000 miles with 0W-40 because of the issue with lubrication at cold start. While my car eats up miles, they're highway, coasting along... mostly. Finally, I looked at all the W212s for sale in the nation with the M276, there are several high mileage examples.
I have a Limousine service in Durango, CO. I have owned (4) W211 4matics, and now (5) W212 4matics. I don't know if any were flex-fuel, lol. I change oil every 10,000 miles using Mobile 1, 5w-30, year round. No cam phasers or valve problems, but the W212 motors are "ticky" and sound even louder in a confined space. These cars work 24/7, sometimes not ever cooling down for a week or more.
The front seats all rip and the W212 climate control fans get squeaky. I follow all spark plug and transmission services and get those done at the dealership. Brake fluid is changed once or twice, coolant once... I buy the cars used and sell them at 180,000. I get 150,000 miles out of them over 1.5 years. I would sell them to friends and family. My girlfriend is still driving one with 192,000.
