Will these fit? Pulling the trigger on 20's (2014 E550 4matic)

Currently running stock AMG 245/40/r18 in the front and the back on lowering links.
I'd like to upgrade to these Niche Verona M168's. Specs:
Front:
Wheel Diameter: 20 in.
Wheel Width: 9 in.
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 112
Offset: +38 mm
Center Bore: 66.56
Wheel Load (in lbs): 1900
Wheel Color: Black
