When I bought the car, I didnt know about the dynamic seat controls until I looked at a video showcasing it. Went to go try it out and the dynamic seat controls don't work and there aren't any lights on the controller itself. The 30 amp fuse is fine from the rear on #60 is fine. Was wondering if anyone knows what's wrong with it?

Have you scanned for specific codes related to the dynamic seat operation? Start there.

Dynamic Seat Benefits
My pre-owned W212 E350 Wagon came with the
Active Bolster / Massage features (but not the
ventilated feature), and I LOVE the massage!
in fact, I’m already spoiled & will only consider an E going forward into the future if it has that option.
I encourage you to sort it out & enjoy!

This is probably a stretch but may be worth trying: disconnect both the main and auxiliary batteries, charge them both, and reconnect. I had a low main battery event cause my driver's door window switch cluster to stop working. When I scanned it I got a code that said something to the effect that the "connection has been lost". Charging and disconnecting the batteries individually did not resolve this, they both had to be disconnected at the same time before it reset.

This effectively clears stupid peripherals like SAM's that waste CPU cycles of VIP modules
The suggestion of this temporary quick-fix came to us courtesy of @bmwpowere36m3It's perfect to sanitize a car in 10mn !

Welp found the reason for the controls to not be working. I tried taking out the controller to see what was under it and long and behold it wasn't even connected. When i connected it all the lights popped and now works like a charm now. Kinda cheesed that it wasn't connected in the first place.
thanks for all the suggestions tho.
