The only think I would have done different when you had to, is replace both upstream lambda not just one only.
These sensors are key to the way the ECU drives the fuel injection. Having both banks on different diet gives engine vibrations and lower performance. Lambda plus chain tensioners will make your engine run smooth like new again.

Oxygen sensor replaced because broke by broken front shaft drive. It also broke the catalytic converter. If I knew that i woul replace the other one when fixing transfer case. I forgot to mention i replace cv boot outer side in front driver side and inner side in passenger side sane time when i fixed transfer case around 160k miles because it leak the grease.
