What scanner model do you use to get no codes?
Have you checked fuel pressure regulator?
Filter is in good shape right?

OM642 is a V6 3.0 Diesel engine, so no fuel pressure regulator.

OP needs to read the codes with STAR or similar diagnostic tool.

Observe both fuel pressures when that happen.
How old is fuel filter?
You might take it to diesel section for more exposure from people who drive diesels.

Hi. This happens when the engine is cold. I changed one fuel pressures yesterday. But the problem continues. I think I should change the fuel filter. Fuel filter has got regulator. İ think it change without regulator

Wow.... I did not know this diesel have back pressure sensor

https://f01.justanswer.com/BrennanB3...ATA_Repair.pdf

Task
The exhaust back pressure sensor determines the exhaust back pressure upstream of the turbocharger.
The pressure value is used by the CDI control unit (N3/9) to monitor the diesel particulate filter (DPF) fill level and for protection of the turbocharger and engine.

B60 Exhaust back pressure sensor
The exhaust gas back pressure deforms a membrane, which affects a potentiometer.
This alters the resistance value of the potentiometer and influences the signal voltage, which is used as information regarding the exhaust gas back pressure for the CDI control unit.

Damn, membrane at such temperature duty ?
