Found a couple of weird objects while changing the pollen filter ??
Found these 2 weird objects changing the pollen filter yesterday, the black device is a motion lockout blocker for the DTV...the the other green thing clipped into the filter I have no idea, anyone seen these before?
The yellow side is the super fine element, hence it can not be installed wrong side or raw air side. It has to be on the filtered air side.
Raw air is the white color side.
I do not know if it can be flipped wrong and still install-able or not .... I could never get RHD version one.

AAAAAAH!!!! That would explain why it was such a massive pain in the **** to install the one i bought from Rock Auto Cabin Filter it must have been for a LHD...well that sucks why make 2 different ones???
Well, MANN has no choice but to make 2 version because of the shape between RHD vs LHD filter is different, if super fine yellow coating is to be on the clean air side or OUTPUT of the filter element.
For normal filter, no problem because both sides of the filter paper has the same "resolution".
That yellow side is super fine resolution for super small bad stuff to be caught.
